The photo at right was taken by the Washington Post for an article printed in the paper for it's Louden County edition on Sunday, July 9,2000. The alignment laser can clearly be seen drilling a hole between Steve's eyes. Steve was observing at one of NOVAC's dark sites in Virginia.
